What You’ll Do:

  • Install & Repair: Perform a variety of plumbing services, including water heaters, faucets, toilets, pipes, and drains.
  • Troubleshoot & Solve: Diagnose plumbing issues and offer clear repair or replacement options to customers.
  • Customer Communication: Interact with customers professionally, explaining the work and answering any questions.
  • Safety & Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and ensure compliance with local codes and regulations.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate service records in our CRM system.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in plumbing, including installations, repairs, and maintenance in residential and light commercial settings.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of plumbing systems, including water heaters, faucets, toilets, piping, water filtration systems, and drainage systems.
  • Licensing & Certification: Valid plumbing license required for the state of California; additional certifications (e.g., Backflow Prevention, OSHA) are a plus.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., work in confined spaces, crawlspaces, attics, and handle physically demanding tasks.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to diagnose and resolve plumbing issues effectively, offering customers clear solutions for repair or replacement.
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain plumbing issues and services clearly to customers.
  • Driving Record: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work independently and collaboratively with other technicians and office staff.
  • Flexibility: Available for part-time or full-time hours, with on-call rotations for nights and weekends.
  • Safety-Conscious: Commitment to following all safety protocols and compliance with local plumbing codes and regulations.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous in maintaining accurate records of work performed, materials used, and service outcomes.
