Job Summary:
The IT Project Manager at Neumo is responsible for overseeing and managing IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring they align with business goals and meet quality, timeline, and budgetary expectations. Key responsibilities include IT project management, governance, requirement gathering, vendor and business relationship management, business process modeling, and organizational change management.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage and deliver IT projects using various methodologies (Waterfall, Agile/Scrum).
- Ensure adherence to IT project governance standards.
- Gather and document business and technical requirements.
- Manage relationships with IT vendors and internal business units.
- Develop and model business processes.
- Utilize ServiceNow Project Management Module for tracking and managing projects.
- Oversee performance management of IT projects.
- Implement and manage organizational change initiatives.
- Apply ITIL best practices to project management processes.
Education and Experience:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
- Certification as a Disciplined Agile Scrum Master (DASM) or PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP).
- ITIL methodology certifications.
- Business Process Management certifications (e.g., Business Process Modeling & Notation, Certified Business Process Professional (CBPP)).
- Organizational Change Management certifications (e.g., Prosci Change Management Practitioner, Certified Change Management Professional™ (CCMP™), Change Management Specialist (CMS)).
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in executing projects using various project management methodologies (PMBOK, SCRUM/AGILE).
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in executing system implementations using various software development methodologies (e.g., SDLC).
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing medium-sized or larger projects in a public sector IT organization.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Expert knowledge and experience in Waterfall, Scrum/Agile project management best practices.
- Proficient in vendor relationship management, including contractual and performance aspects.
- Advanced knowledge and experience in organizational change management.
- Proficient in ITIL methodology with certifications in Service Design, Operations, Transition, and/or Process Improvement being desirable.
- Superior oral, written, presentation, and facilitation communication skills.
- Expertise in documenting functional and non-functional requirements.
- Proficient in Microsoft tools (Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project) for developing process workflows and project schedules.
- Knowledge of business relationship management best practices.
- Experience leading and coaching project teams and staff.
- Strong research and data analytical skills.
- Proficient in scoping, planning, executing, resourcing, and monitoring projects.
- Skilled in communicating project-related information to all levels of stakeholders.
Work Environment:
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate as the employee works in an office setting, at an individual workstation, using telephone and computer.
Physical Demands:
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position for most of the day.
- Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a printer/copier.
- Occasionally need to move about inside the office.
- Frequently communicates via telephone.
