Property Management Associates is seeking an Assistant Property Manager with strong leasing skills.
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring the seamless daily operation of the property.
- Assist with the Fiscal management of assets.
- Help drive leasing and marketing efforts on various platforms and social media
- Overseeing resident relations.
- Assist with supervising team members and vendors.
- Ensuring compliance with safety policies.
- Ensuring on-time collection and deposit of rents.
- Conducting unit and property inspections, managing marketing, assessing vacancies, and showcasing units to prospective residents.
- Handling the service of notices and all aspects of day-to-day property management.
- Ensuring compliance with housing laws, rules, and regulations.
- Preparing and submitting weekly reports.
- Assisting with responsibility for the property and its resident activities and programs.
Job Requirements Include:
- A minimum of 2 plus years of experience as an assistant manager in multifamily.
- Proficiency with Yardi Voyager is essential.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- The ability to effectively supervise team members and vendors.
- Proficiency with computers, including a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Proven ability to market and lease apartments.
- Effective organizational and multi-tasking skills.
- Must be available to work one weekend day per week.

Pay Range$21—$25 USD
