Employment Law Attorney
Position Overview
Plaintiff practice is seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Employment Law Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will specialize in employment law and provide legal counsel to clients regarding employment-related issues. The attorney will be responsible for representing clients in employment related legal proceediings.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise clients on legal matters related to employment law.
- Represent clients in depositions, hearings, and court proceedings regarding employment disputes.
- Draft, review, and negotiate employment contracts, agreements, and policies.
- Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents for litigation as necessary.
- Collaborate with clients to develop effective strategies for resolving employment issues.
- Stay updated on changes in employment law and regulations to ensure expert guidance.
- Provide training and support to clients on employment law matters.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in employment law.
- Strong skills in depositions and client representation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
