???? Temporary Paralegal Opportunity
Location: West Hills, CA (Hybrid)
Pay: $35–$40/hour
Start Date: Must begin no later than 9:00 AM on your first day
Duration: 10 weeks
Manpower is seeking a detail-oriented Paralegal to join our client's Legal team for a short-term project focused on optimizing our contract management system. This is a unique opportunity to work with cutting-edge AI-powered software and contribute to meaningful improvements in how contracts are managed.
???? What You’ll Do:
- Clean up contract metadata in our intuitive contract management system (Evisort)
- Support our Senior Paralegal in triaging and assigning contract requests
- Help launch contracts for signature and perform front-end background checks
- Assist in optimizing our CMS by creating a playbook to improve AI contract reading
- Ensure accuracy of AI-extracted data (e.g., expiration dates, signer names)
- Use Excel to support data cleanup and organization
