The Role
We are seeking a self-motivated Plumbing Service Technician to serve San Marcos and the surrounding North County San Diego territory. This is a premier opportunity for a professional who takes pride in their work and wants to be rewarded for their performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Technical Excellence: Install, maintain, and repair residential systems (Copper, PEX, CPVC, ABS, and Black Iron) in strict accordance with the California Plumbing Code (CPC).
- Customer Relations: Troubleshoot issues, explain services clearly to homeowners, and provide accurate project estimates.
- Project Management: Utilize Service Titan dispatch software to manage service calls and repairs efficiently.
- Field Operations: Maintain company service vehicles, order necessary materials, and coordinate manpower for larger tasks.
- Safety & Quality: Ensure every job meets our "World-Class" standard for safety and craftsmanship.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of residential plumbing service and repair (Preferred).
- Location: Must currently reside within our North County San Diego service territory.
- Requirements: Valid Driver's License and your own professional hand/power tools.
- Physical Ability: Must be able to lift up to 80 lbs and perform physical labor associated with residential plumbing.
- Soft Skills: Strong sales and communication skills are essential for success in this role.
- Certifications: Relevant trade certifications are a significant plus.
Pay Transparency
The estimated total annual compensation for this role ranges from $72,800 to $130,000. This range includes a base hourly rate and is influenced by business needs, market demands, and individual experience. Through our monthly incentive and bonus structures, there is no cap on your earning potential. We do not use salary history in compensation decisions.
