Upstreet Wireless is hiring Lifeline Enrollment Specialist in San Bernardino and Riverside Counties to empower underserved clients through essential technology access.
Responsibilities:
Promote Free Devices: Engage with potential customers to explain our free phone, highlighting the benefits and eligibility criteria.

The Lifeline Enrollment Specialist, give free phones for the low income to make sure every senior, and family knows they’re not alone—and that help is available.

• Promote wireless service programs by supporting neighborhood initiatives that highlight smartphones, affordable plans, and device benefits.

Minimum Qualifications of the Lifeline Enrollment Specialist
• High school diploma or GED required; coursework in communications, public relations, or social work is a plus.
• Sales Enthusiast: Previous sales experience is a plus, but we welcome individuals with a passion for sales and a desire to learn.
Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively convey campaign details and benefits to potential customers. - Bilingual is a plus!
Self-motivated: Take initiative and work independently to achieve and exceed sales goals.
Positive Attitude: Maintain a positive and upbeat demeanor, even when facing challenges.
