Balance Staffing is Now Hiring for a Bottling Associate for a well-known company in Folsom, CA


Location: Folsom, CA
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay Rate: $18.00/hr
Type: Temp-to-Hire


About the Role
We are seeking a reliable Bottling/Production Associate to join a well-established food and beverage manufacturing facility in Folsom. This position supports various stages of the production process including bottling, packaging, labeling, and facility support. Candidates may also assist with tasks related to the tasting room or visitor operations when needed.

This role offers long-term, stable employment with potential for growth.


Responsibilities:

  • Operate or assist on bottling and packaging lines
  • Fill, cap, seal, and label bottles or containers according to production requirements
  • Package finished products for storage or shipment
  • Support general production duties as assigned
  • Perform basic cleaning, equipment setup, and changeovers
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment in accordance with company procedures


Requirements:

  • Previous experience in warehouse, production, food processing, or manufacturing preferred (not required)
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for the full shift
  • Reliable attendance and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions
