- JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record
- Active Bar Admission in California, in good standing, or the ability to obtain admission promptly
- 2-4 years of substantiveexperience in immigration and nationality law
- Deep familiarity with H, L, E, TN, and O visa classifications; PERM labor certifications; immigrant visa petitions; and consular processing
- Strong case management skills, with the ability to handle a high volume of matters efficiently and independently
- Superior writing, research, and organizational abilities
- Demonstrated positive presence, advocacy capability, and confidence engaging with corporate clients
- Entrepreneurial mindset with initiative and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment
- Commitment to delivering exceptional client service
