Job Details
Is your background a fit? Apply if you meet this criteria:
JD from an ABA-approved law school and the following:
- 1-2 years of Civil Litigation is required at the minimum
- Experience in Plaintiff Side Litigation and/or Lemon Law is a plus
- Strong attention to detail in drafting court documents
- Compile all possible information, evidence and documentation to help legal department build a case
- Draft demand packages to companies
