PDS Tech Commercial is seeking skilled and safety-conscious Sheet Metal Worker to support precision manufacturing operations in a hands-on, regulated environment. This first-shift role is ideal for mechanically inclined professionals who thrive in fast-paced production settings.
Your Role and Impact
As a Sheet Metal Worker, you’ll operate a variety of machines and tools to shape, alter, and assemble sheet metal components according to engineering specifications. Your craftsmanship and attention to detail will directly support the production of high-quality aerospace and industrial products.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Set up and operate machines including drill presses, punch presses, shears, brakes, grinders, and CNC equipment.
- Follow blueprints, sketches, and engineering drawings to shape and assemble sheet metal accurately.
- Use hand and power tools to smooth surfaces and blend seams.
- May operate soldering and welding equipment as needed.
- Maintain equipment and ensure a clean, safe work environment.
- Follow safety protocols and pre-established guidelines under direct supervision.
What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2–4 years of experience in sheet metal fabrication or a related field.
- Familiarity with standard manufacturing concepts and procedures.
- Ability to lift over 30 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks.
- Comfortable working around machinery, chemicals, and other physical risks.

- Pay Rate: 23.00/hour
- Shift: 1st Shift – 6AM-2:30PM
- Bonus Opportunity: Up to 3,000 through our Subco Bonus Program
- 1,000 after 14 days with perfect attendance
- 1,000 after 60 days
- 1,000 after 90 days (must have received 14-day bonus to qualify)

Pay Details: 23.00 per hour
