Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This position focuses on serving students from early childhood through high school, including Pre-K, elementary (grades K-5), middle school (grades 6-8), and high school (grades 9-12). The role is based in Chico, CA, within a school setting on a contract basis.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students across multiple grade levels.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address speech and language disorders.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support student communication goals.
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting therapy approaches as needed.
- Participate in meetings related to Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and assist in compliance with district and state requirements.
Desired Qualifications:
- Valid license or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Experience working with a diverse student population ranging from early childhood to high school levels.
- Strong knowledge of speech and language development milestones and disorders.
- Ability to tailor therapy sessions to meet the individual needs of students.
