Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This full-time contract position offers an exciting opportunity to provide speech-language pathology services for students from pre-kindergarten through 12th grade. Located in Sonora, CA, this role supports a diverse caseload spanning elementary, middle, and high school levels. The assignment begins ASAP and continues through the end of the school year, with consideration for both full-time and part-time candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech and language therapy services tailored to individual student needs across grades K-12.
  • Collaborate with educators and staff to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
  • Monitor and document student progress, adjusting interventions as necessary.
  • Participate in team meetings and communicate with families regarding student development.
  • Adhere to applicable laws, policies, and professional ethical standards in educational settings.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Valid certification and licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP).
  • Experience working with pediatric populations in school environments.
  • Familiarity with services across various grade levels, including preschool and high school.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students, families, and colleagues.
  • Ability to manage a K-12 caseload efficiently and effectively.
