Job Description:
Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Property Maintenance Technician for a local Sacramento property. This is a project-based role with the possibility of becoming long-term. The position involves completing apartment turnovers, handling work orders, and maintaining the property grounds and facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete apartment turnovers and prepare units for new residents
- Assist with general maintenance work orders
- Perform routine facility upkeep and repairs
- Maintain property grounds and common areas
- Utilize hand tools and power tools for various tasks
- Follow safety procedures and company standards
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in property maintenance required
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools effectively
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in physically demanding environments
- Must pass a background check and drug screen
- Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
