a motivated HVAC Sales Representative to join our growing team.
Job Overview
As an HVAC Sales Representative, you will develop and maintain long-term relationships with
distributors, contractors, and wholesale buyers. You’ll represent our full line of HVAC products
and work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. This position
is ideal for a professional who understands HVAC systems and enjoys achieving measurable
sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and expand relationships with HVAC distributors and contractors
- Promote and sell Dakota Sourcing’s HVAC and plumbing product lines
- Manage accounts, build and maintain strong customer relationships, and develop strategic
sales plans
- Generate new business through outbound calls, emails, and on-site visits
- Track leads, maintain CRM updates, and submit weekly sales reports
- Stay informed about market trends, key industry players, and emerging product innovations
Qualifications
- 2+ years of HVAC industry or B2B sales experience preferred
- Strong understanding of HVAC components and wholesale market operations
- Excellent communication, organization, and negotiation skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently
