Pay: $23.50-$25/hr.
Shift: Day – 6:45am-3:15pm; Swing – 3:45pm-12:15am
About the job:
As a Repair Tech I, you’ll be responsible for setting up, testing, calibrating, and troubleshooting mechanical assemblies and electronic components in a production environment. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to interpret manufacturing documentation, and a solid foundation in computer hardware troubleshooting.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has 1–2 years of related experience
- Holds an AS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Pays close attention to detail
- Can work effectively in a team setting
- Understands manufacturing documentation
- Has solid written and verbal communication skills
- Is comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and working on ladders
- Has a strong knowledge of computer hardware
- Can troubleshoot and clearly document technical issues
- Is proficient with basic office applications (Word, Excel, etc.)
What you’ll do:
- Set up, calibrate, test, and troubleshoot complex circuits and components
- Follow Test Process Instructions (TPI)
- Rework assemblies and systems as needed based on testing outcomes
- Assist with tasks such as unpacking, labeling, packaging, and crating
- Complete other duties as assigned
