Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Business Development:Identify and capture new opportunities to expand our non-hazardous industrial waste services and other solutions within the assigned region.
  • Client Relationship Management:Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships by delivering customized solutions tailored to clients needs.
  • Consultative Sales Approach:Use a solutions-based methodology to present and promote company capabilities, driving value for clients.
  • Negotiation and Collaboration:Lead contract negotiations and collaborate with internal teams to develop effective sales and marketing strategies.
  • Post-Sale Support:Ensure seamless transition from sale to service by addressing client needs and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Performance Tracking:Use CRM tools to manage sales activities and pipeline reporting effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Proven Success in Sales:Minimum of 5+ years of demonstrated success in a professional sales role, preferably in the manufacturing, industrial, or environmental services industries.
  • Education:Undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or equivalent experience.
  • Industry Knowledge:Strong understanding of environmental regulations, waste, and transportation preferred.
  • Technical Expertise:Experience using CRM systems to track sales metrics and performance.
  • Skills:Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities, with a passion for teamwork.
  • Independent Worker:Ability to work independently and travel as needed within the region.
