Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with and nurture leads from our premium lead system.
- Schedule and conduct property viewings and inspections.
- Advise and assist sellers and buyers in promoting and acquiring property for the best price under the most favorable conditions.
- Manage and update the catalog of available properties.
- Build networks and collaborate with attorneys, mortgage lenders, and contractors.
- Stay informed about real estate markets and best practices.
Requirements:
- Ability to work independently with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication abilities.
- Quick-thinking with the ability to handle high-pressure situations.
- Active real estate agent’s or broker’s license.
