Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A dynamic opportunity is available for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide essential services in a K-12 school setting in Carlsbad, CA. This contract position spans the current school year (CSY) and offers the chance to work directly with students across a variety of ages and needs.
Key Qualifications and Experience:
- Certified Speech-Language Pathologist with a Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP - CCC)
- Experience working with pediatric populations in both school and healthcare environments
- Familiarity with teletherapy methods to deliver remote speech-language services effectively
- Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP - CFY) preferred
- Prior experience in a K-12 educational setting is advantageous

Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify speech, language, and communication disorders in students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each students needs
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and healthcare providers to support student progress

- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
