Worksite Type/Site:
Hybrid
Travel: 25% travel, mostly US with occasional international
Compensation: $104-130K

ERP Analyst III

The ERP Analyst III designs, develops, tests, and maintains ERP systems —primarily Syteline— while supporting multiple operational sites. This role collaborates with business users, vendors, and IT teams to translate requirements into technical solutions, resolve system issues, and improve efficiency. As a senior team member, the analyst also mentors junior staff and drives continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead ERP system design, development, testing, and deployment.

  • Translate business needs into functional/technical specs and test plans.

  • Configure, customize, and integrate ERP systems; manage data migration.

  • Provide user training, support, and documentation.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve ERP issues; escalate as needed.

  • Ensure compliance with system standards and best practices.

  • Research and recommend ERP enhancements.

  • Support multiple sites and identify process improvement opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field.

  • 5+ years of ERP experience, preferably with Syteline.

  • Strong knowledge of ERP architecture, modules, and integration.

  • Experience with configuration, customization, reporting, and data migration.

  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.

  • ERP certification is a plus.

Pay Details: $105,000.00 to $130,000.00 per year
