Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Construction Project Manager to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation. Responsibilities: 
<ul>
<li>Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation</li>
<li>Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously</li>
<li>Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors</li>
<li>Interface with IOR, contractors, architects, engineers, HCIA, stakeholder, and clients</li>
<li>Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs</li>
<li>Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications</li>
</ul>
Qualifications: 
<ul>
<li>Minimum 7yrs of experience in the Construction industry; Two(2) of the seven (7) should have responsibility in coordinating healthcare projects with construction values in excess of $8M</li>
<li>Experience with Department of Health Care Access and Information (HCAI) construction/design processes required</li>
<li>Design Build Experience preferred</li>
<li>Strong communication skills</li>
<li>Deadline and detail-oriented</li>
