What you’ll do

• Run parts to spec from engineering prints on CNC lathes.
• Set up machines end-to-end: choose workholding, kit tools, touch off/establish offsets, and secure first-article buyoff on FANUC controls.
• Measure accurately using calipers, micrometers, comparators; apply shop math to verify results.
• Log productivity and quality data in the company system.
• Maintain and clean equipment to meet department and company expectations.

What you bring

• 3–5 years CNC lathe experience (Takisawa preferred).
• Offline pre-setter experience for tool offsets and comfort with quick-change tooling.
• Macro programming capability and experience with Mastercam or comparable platforms.
• Strong GD&T knowledge; can read and interpret complex drawings.
• Ability to lift 30 lbs.

Pay, shift, and perks

• 2nd shift: Mon–Fri, 3:30 pm–12:00 am
• Pay Range: $27–$29 (1st) | $30.24–$32.48 (2nd)
• Quarterly Bonuses
