Job DescriptionSeeking a mid- to senior-level Construction Project Manager to lead new construction projects from inception to completion. This role requires hands-on experience managing the full project life cycle, including bidding, proposals, and execution; along with a strong understanding of the regulatory and documentation requirements associated with California unions and the construction industry.
- Oversee all phases of drywell system construction, including drilling, installation, minor repairs, warranty work, and change orders, ensuring all activities align with organizational objectives, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Lead strategic planning and execution of field activities, including site assessment, design, permitting, equipment mobilization, and resource allocation.
- Manage cross-functional teams, subcontractors, and project managers to deliver high quality, on-budget installations across multiple job sites.
- Ensure full compliance with local, state, and federal regulations (EPA, NPDES, ADEQ), maintaining strong relationships with permitting authorities.
- Control project budgets, procurement, scheduling, and deliverables to ensure timely and cost-effective execution.
