Qualifications

- Graduate of an accredited HHA program (preferred)
- Active HHA license (preferred)
- Physically able to perform job duties safely

Responsibilities
- Provide personal care in the home under RN supervision
- Follow care plans and safety guidelines
- Monitor and report changes in client condition
- Maintain clear communication with supervisors
- Accurately document and submit services on time
- Comply with state regulations for Home Health Aides
