Position Summary

The Principal Program Manager, Source to Pay (S2P) will play a pivotal role in the business and technology modernization program, leading the implementation of key supply chain initiatives. This role requires a deep understanding of Source to Pay (S2P) processes and solutions, including requisition to approval, purchase order management, contract lifecycle management (CLM), guided buying, catalogs, services procurement, accounts payable, and supporting systems (e.g., SAP, Ariba).

The ideal candidate will drive cross-functional collaboration, ensure alignment with program goals, and deliver a future state S2P design that standardizes business processes, enhances data quality, and enables technological innovation.

Reporting Relationship

This position reports to the Senior Manager, S2P Business Strategy.

Compensation Range

  • Minimum: $130,000
  • Midpoint: $185,000

Final compensation will be determined based on skills, experience, market value, and internal equity.

This role is also eligible for discretionary incentive compensation programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a recognized S2P subject matter expert, representing procurement teams and stakeholders in the modernization program.
  • Support all project phases, including design workshops, requirement confirmation, and future state process validation.
  • Facilitate socialization of future-state design concepts with peers and stakeholders.
  • Validate business requirements against documented regulations and procedures.
  • Identify cross-functional design requirements, resolve gaps, and develop innovative solutions for complex problems.
  • Collaborate across the organization to ensure alignment of program goals.
  • Coach and mentor less experienced employees.
  • Leverage expertise from other departments and teams to achieve program objectives.

Qualifications

Minimum:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years of related experience

  • Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
  • Change management experience and mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Master’s degree preferred
  • PMP certification
  • Ability to drive strategic decision-making and recommend operational improvements
  • Experience leading large, complex projects across multiple business functions
  • Deep knowledge of business and industry drivers in supply chain/procurement
  • Ability to develop compelling business cases based on complex inputs
  • Skilled in navigating sensitive issues with diplomacy and tact
  • Willingness to travel as needed
