We’re seeking a PI/PL Attorney with expertise in Personal Injury and Product Liability / Mass Torts who is eager to deliver exceptional results without sacrificing personal balance.
Responsibilities
- Represent plaintiffs in complex personal injury, product liability, and mass tort litigation from intake through trial or resolution.
- Develop case strategies, draft pleadings, and manage discovery in high-stakes matters.
- Conduct depositions, argue motions, and appear in court on behalf of clients.
- Collaborate with co-counsel, experts, and litigation teams to maximize client outcomes.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school + California Bar (good standing).
- 3+ years of litigation experience in personal injury, product liability, or mass torts.
- Proven ability to manage a caseload and drive matters forward efficiently.
- Strong oral advocacy, negotiation, and trial-preparation skills.
