LOCATIONS: Century City, CA ( 4 Days in Office / 1 Remote - After 90 Days)
PAY RANGE: $90K - $110K (Based on experience)
REQUIREMENTS/JOB DETAILS:
- Personal Injury and Litigation Experience is a MUST
- Assisting trial team from filing of complaint through trial
- Propound and respond to extensive discovery
- Draft various Motions, Oppositions and Replies
- Draft pleadings and other documents such as declarations and exhibit lists
- Calendaring
- Noticing Depositions and other Hearings
- Setting up CourtCall and Appearance Attorneys
- Organize documents for filing
- Drafting correspondence
- Special projects as needed
- Understanding of Personal Injury, both in the pre-litigation and Litigation phases
- Bilingual: English and Spanish Fluent - Huge Plus
