This position requires collaborating with physicians, other medical providers, and patients by providing nurse case management services for fertility treatments.
We are seeking a Full Time Advanced Practice Provider to join our clinical team in the Menlo office floating to the Los Gatos office. The schedule is Monday - Friday (8AM-5PM) with holidays and weekends as needed.
Pay range: 145K to 170K.
How You'll Contribute:
We always do whatever it takes, even if it isn’t specifically our “job.” In general, the Advanced Practice Provider is responsible for:
- Educate patients and couples about the causes of infertility and discuss necessary evaluation, treatment, and/or procedure plans.
- Perform pre-procedure and post-procedure assessment and teaching.
- Consult with patients regarding treatment protocols, medications, and/or required testing or procedures.
- Assist as needed in surgical cases and transfers.
- Make necessary measurements & calculations while performing ultrasound procedures.
What You'll Bring:
- IVF/fertility experience and background in women’s health preferred; training will be provided.
- Valid NP/PA license required.
- High level of customer service essential and must be a self-starter.
