We are seeking laborers for a team of Gypsum lightweight concrete applicators. You will work with a team of other applicators to pour concrete underlayment into unfinished floors. Must be able to handle 80 lbs. bags and legally allowed to work in California. Speaking either English or Spanish is required, both would be a huge plus. Being able to drive large Ford F-550 and F-650 trucks, as well as experience operating forklifts, bobcats, and other heavy equipment would also be very beneficial.

Responsibilities:

• Follow the direction of superiors to complete job duties
• Inspect all materials and equipment to detect malfunctions
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
• Comply with all job site rules and regulations

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in production, manufacturing, or other related fields
• Knowledge of production tools and equipment
• Excellent communication skills and works well in a team
• Great problem-solving skills and strong work ethic
