Project Manager
Are you a seasoned construction professional ready to lead complex restoration projects from concept to completion? We're seeking a dynamic Project Manager to oversee building envelope projects from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead construction projects on-site, ensuring alignment with budget, schedule, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with the Branch Manager to develop and review project documents, cost estimates, and schedules.
- Prepare and negotiate contracts, working closely with internal teams to ensure compliance and clarity.
- Create and manage the Schedule of Values (SOV); monitor retainage and seek reductions where possible.
- Drive timely collections and maintain strong client communication to ensure fast turnaround on receivables.
- Act as the central point of contact between architects, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and field teams.
- Support clients in navigating unforeseen conditions and change order processes.
- Maintain full financial oversight, including profit/loss tracking, projections, and monthly cost-to-complete updates.
- Provide clear, timely updates to subcontractors, internal teams, and leadership.
- Oversee project deployment, ensuring timely and high-quality execution.
- Coordinate closely with the Superintendent and Foreman to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Manage documentation and communication of all project changes.
- Lead procurement efforts for materials and supplies.
Qualifications & Experience
- 4+ years of experience in construction project management; masonry or concrete restoration is a strong plus.
- Proven success managing structural concrete repair, waterproofing, facade restoration, and historic preservation projects.
