Melchior Construction Company, Inc is a trusted construction and restoration contractor specializing in rebuilding and remodeling residential homes. We are expanding our team and seeking dependable General Labor Workers to support ongoing and upcoming construction projects.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist with demolition, cleanup, and preparation of residential job sites
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
• Support carpenters, electricians, and other skilled trades as needed
• Perform basic construction tasks (measuring, cutting, lifting, moving materials)
• Operate hand tools and small power tools safely (training provided)
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Previous construction or labor experience preferred but not required
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team environment
• Willingness to learn and follow directions
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation preferred
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Schedule

• MondayFriday, with optional weekend shifts
• 810 hour workdays depending on project needs
