Akkodis is seeking a Test Lab Equipment Operator for a Contract with a client in Cupertino, CA. Candidate will operate semi‑automated test equipment with precision and must be able to follow complex procedures accurately. They will run repetitive tests and maintain detailed records of unit movement and fixture statuses.
Rate Range: $24/hour to $26/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Test Lab Equipment Operator job responsibilities include:

Run semi‑automated test equipment with accuracy and consistency during repeated test cycles.

Record and update all test results, unit movement logs, and fixture maintenance data.

Support engineering teams by assisting with test station setup, configuration, and initial qualification tests.

Maintain lab organization by helping the planning team manage space, schedule equipment, and track inventory.

Follow detailed procedures to ensure high‑quality output and contribute to ongoing process improvements.

Perform basic equipment handling tasks, including lifting, moving, and preparing devices or fixtures for testing.
Required Qualifications:

Candidate must have a two‑year technical degree or higher, with solid computer proficiency.

Candidate should have 1–2 years of experience in lab operations, electronics testing, or similar technical environments.

Candidate must be able to follow complex procedures accurately while maintaining high‑quality output.

Candidate will have strong data entry skills with proficiency in Excel, Word, and familiarity with test documentation tools.

Pay Details: $24.00 to $26.00 per hour
