Job Description
The Production Supervisor is responsible for all aspects of the manufacturing process, including production, packaging, inventory, and logistics. This role also oversees manufacturing support functions like quality and maintenance. The supervisor will provide leadership to production and maintenance teams while building strong relationships with other internal company teams, customers, and vendors.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred in Business, Chemistry, Engineering, Other Technical Field, or commensurate experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 3-5 years of management experience.
• Energetic, creative, and self-motivated individual with a high level of integrity.
• Strong leadership skills, independent thinking, excellent organizational and planning abilities, and superb analytical and problem-solving skills are essential
• Effective team building and proven leadership skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, troubleshoot, and solve complex problems.
• Experience in SAP Business One or some other Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system preferred.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office.
• Able to speak fluent Spanish preferred

They work with growers and distributors to address the nutritional needs of crops and proactively prevent nutrient deficiencies. Custom nutrition programs are recommended depending on the stage of the growing cycle and the goals of the grower.
