Job DescriptionHeavy Civil Project Manager
We are a trusted name in heavy civil construction for over 80 years, and are seeking a Heavy Civil Project Manager to join our team. With a legacy of integrity, innovation, and excellence, we deliver infrastructure solutions across highways, subdivisions, airports, and commercial developments throughout Central California and the Sierra Nevada.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead planning, scheduling, and execution of heavy civil projects.
- Manage budgets, contracts, and change orders.
- Coordinate with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and field teams.
- Monitor project progress and proactively resolve issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience managing heavy civil construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of earthwork, paving, grading, and underground utilities.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera, Procore, MS Project).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
