Great Opportunity !!! Salary + Free Housing - Property Manager (Port Hueneme)
Our firm is a full service real estate company and seeks an Onsite Property Manager for our Real Estate Portfolio in the City of Port Hueneme and Oxnard. The main job function is to lease, pre-lease apartments, and assist with residents and employee relations.
To be eligible for consideration for the position of property manager you must have at least 2 years administrative and/or management background in related fields. The main function of a resident manager is to oversee the day to day operations of the community. You must be knowledgeable in Excel and Word, also computer and e-mail savvy. Bilingual English/Spanish a plus. Please embed your resume in the body of the e-mail and write a brief summary of why you would be the perfect candidate for this position.
This is a full-time position. The compensation is $2,700 to $ 3000 per month plus FREE Onsite Housing ( 1 to 2 Bedroom Apartment) is provided.
