We are seeking a strong and experienced General Manager to lead our non-clinical operations, drive strategic goals, and champion our staff and patients alike. This person will report to the Medical Director/CEO. About the Role:
As our General Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership of our business operations. This position is a key driver of our company culture, financial performance, and organizational success. You will oversee human resources, financial reporting, office administration, and patient services while aligning department goals with the strategic vision of our Medical Director.Key Responsibilities:✅ Operations & Organizational Leadership
- Oversee daily operations
- Lead support service departments: billing, front/back office, marketing, and patient services
- Manage KPIs, drive performance improvement, and ensure compliance
- Foster a high-performance, patient-focused work environment
✅ Human Resources Management
- Lead hiring, onboarding, and employee development initiatives
- Maintain employee satisfaction and recognition programs
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance reviews
- Ensure accurate payroll and PTO reporting
✅ Financial Oversight
- Drive top-line revenue growth and manage business performance metrics
- Prepare and analyze financial reports for leadership
- Collaborate on budget planning and strategic initiatives
✅ Corporate Governance
- Ensure legal and regulatory compliance across business practices
- Develop and implement policies that align with audit and operational standards
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4–10 years in a leadership role)
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams in a fast-paced healthcare or service setting
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and analytical skills
- Proficient in business operations, HR, financial reporting, and performance management
- Ability to adapt, innovate, and motivate teams toward achieving organizational goals
- Experience with CRM, HRIS, accounting, and operational software a plus
