Managing Attorney - Probate - $250k - $300k
Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Probate Attorney to provide expert legal counsel in estate planning, trust administration, and probate litigation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in litigation and a passion for helping clients navigate the complexities of trust and estate matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice and representation in trust and estate matters
- Draft and review wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents
- Represent clients in probate court and during litigation
- Assist clients with guardianship and conservatorship issues
- Conduct legal research and prepare legal briefs as necessary
- Negotiate settlements and manage disputes related to trusts and estates
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Active state bar license to practice law
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Probate
- Strong knowledge of probate litigation and trust administration
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines
- Experience with guardianship laws is a plus
