What You'll Do

• Set up and operate vertical hone machines and jig bores to manufacture precision components to spec.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and detailed specifications to guide accurate machining.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot issues to keep equipment in top condition.
• Monitor machining operations, making real-time adjustments to sustain quality standards.
• Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools to verify conformance.
• Collaborate with teammates to refine processes and boost throughput.
• Maintain a tidy, safe workstation and follow all safety practices.

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent; a machining-focused technical degree or certification is preferred.
• Hands-on CNC machining experience with vertical hone machines and jig bores.
• Working knowledge of CNC programming and G-code fundamentals.
• Proficiency with calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision metrology tools.
• Ability to interpret technical documentation and complex prints.
