Position Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in the Greater Los Angeles area. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality orthopedic care in an outpatient setting, evaluating, treating, and rehabilitating patients with a variety of musculoskeletal conditions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate, assess, and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions.
  • Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, modalities, and patient education.
  • Track patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Collaborate with referring physicians, therapists, and support staff to ensure integrated patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with clinic policies, state, and federal regulations.
  • Participate in continuous professional development to stay current with orthopedic rehabilitation best practices.


Qualifications

  • Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of California.
  • 1–3+ years of experience in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy preferred (new graduates considered).
  • Strong clinical reasoning and patient assessment skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.


Work Schedule

  • Full-Time (flexible schedule depending on clinic location).
  • Monday–Friday
