An Excellent Regional law firm is seeking a highly skilled Senior Litigation Attorney to join its team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in various legal areas and possess strong negotiation skills. Seeking a litigation attorney with 7 plus yrs of experience. This attorney will work on commercial, Real Estate, and Business litigation, among others. Experience in 1 or more of the following practice areas would be ideal: commercial litigation, real estate litigation, insurance defense, product liability, employment law, and business litigation.

The ideal attorney candidate will have the following:

  • Proficient at handling a case from inception to resolution, including preparation of pleadings, motion practice, taking depositions and trial work, and handling mediations
  • Experience in reviewing claims files, communicating with claims professionals, and clients
  • Self-starter; professional
  • Works well both independently and in a collaborative environment
  • Energetic, enthusiastic with a strong work ethic
  • Stellar research, written and verbal communication skills are key
  • Motivated, ambitious, and career-oriented
