Whether you bring decades of experience or are new to the industry and eager to accelerate your growth, we offer the structure, systems, and support necessary to thrive in a high-volume environment. Our agents consistently close 2–3 transactions per month within their first 60 days on the team.

Your Role

  1. Respond promptly and professionally to inbound lead opportunities
  2. Conduct buyer consultations, property tours, and listing appointments
  3. Guide clients through the offer, negotiation, and closing process
  4. Maintain accurate lead and transaction activity within CRM systems
  5. Collaborate with team leadership and peers to continuously enhance performance


Requirements

  1. Active California Real Estate License
  2. Motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented mindset
  3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  4. Organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  5. Previous experience with online leads or a desire to master lead conversion systems
