SALARY RANGE
Salaried Exempt position. Pay Range $100k - $130k. Salary offer will depend on skills and experience.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
The Quality Engineer will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement across manufacturing processes. Key responsibilities include supporting daily quality activities, ensuring all tools and equipment meet Snap-on and customer requirements, and participating in both internal and external audits. The Quality Engineer will also serve as the primary liaison with customers, as needed, to support corrective action efforts-this includes direct communication to identify concerns, verify conditions, and determine final resolutions. Additionally, the role includes sign-off responsibilities for new and revised product launches and tool qualification processes.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM
To perform this job successfully, the applicable candidate must be a team player and able to make decisions under pressure with a cross functional team of individuals. The additional requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

- Four-year Engineering, Technical or business degree with two years' experience of technical training in manufacturing or equivalent combination of education and experience; certification from ASQ, CQE or CQT is desirable.
- Minimum of three years' experience in Quality Assurance.
- Working knowledge of SPC, statistical software, blueprint reading and metrology.
- Experience with ISO 9001 and knowledge of inspection techniques and equipment
- Strong leadership, communication and observation skills, Positive attitude, Detail oriented
- Strong experience with practical applications of Lean Manufacturing/Continuous Improvement methodologies (i.e. Six Sigma, SMED) and techniques (5S)
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and adjust schedule in a fast-paced work environment and make timely decisions in a production environment.
- Working knowledge of SAP, and Microsoft Office.
