2nd Shift Maintenance Supervisor

Job Description

Lead and oversee the 2nd shift maintenance team, focusing on electrical troubleshooting, PLCs, and maintenance of industrial equipment. This role involves mentoring a crew of 3-5 maintenance technicians, scheduling workloads, and ensuring efficient operations.

Responsibilities

  • Perform electrical troubleshooting on industrial equipment.
  • Conduct PLC troubleshooting and maintenance.
  • Lead and mentor the 2nd shift crew of maintenance technicians.
  • Schedule and manage the workload of maintenance staff.
  • Report and communicate effectively with management.

Essential Skills

  • Proficiency in electrical troubleshooting.
  • Experience with PLCs and industrial equipment maintenance.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Knowledge of mechanical systems, pneumatics, and gears.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment.

Work in a cabinet manufacturing setting with long lines of cabinet making processes, focusing on maintaining and troubleshooting a variety of industrial equipment.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Anaheim, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $55.00/hr.
