2nd Shift Maintenance Supervisor
Job Description
Lead and oversee the 2nd shift maintenance team, focusing on electrical troubleshooting, PLCs, and maintenance of industrial equipment. This role involves mentoring a crew of 3-5 maintenance technicians, scheduling workloads, and ensuring efficient operations.
Responsibilities
- Perform electrical troubleshooting on industrial equipment.
- Conduct PLC troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Lead and mentor the 2nd shift crew of maintenance technicians.
- Schedule and manage the workload of maintenance staff.
- Report and communicate effectively with management.
Essential Skills
- Proficiency in electrical troubleshooting.
- Experience with PLCs and industrial equipment maintenance.
- Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Knowledge of mechanical systems, pneumatics, and gears.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Anaheim, CA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $55.00/hr.
