• Pay Rate: $22 – $27/hour
• Shift/Hours: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM, Monday – Friday (Rotational Saturdays included)

Job SummaryAs a Phlebotomist Patient Services Representative I (PSR I), you’ll be a key point of contact for patients receiving critical lab testing. Your primary responsibility is to draw quality blood samples, prepare them for testing, and ensure a compassionate, efficient patient experience. This role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and professionalism in all aspects of phlebotomy.Key Responsibilities

• Draw blood from patients using safe, accurate techniques
• Prepare specimens for laboratory testing
• Ensure compliance with procedures and documentation standards
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment
• Manage daily tasks independently with minimal supervision
• Deliver patient-centered service with a positive and respectful demeanor
• Flexibility for weekends, holidays, on-call shifts, and overtime as needed

Required Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 6 months of phlebotomy experience
• Strong pediatric and geriatric phlebotomy skills
• Phlebotomy certification required in California
• Comfortable working independently in high-volume settings
• Proficient in data entry and keyboarding

Nice-to-Have Experience

• One or more years of phlebotomy experience
• Medical assistant or paramedic training
• Background in customer service or clinical environments
