About the Role
As a Senior Advanced Systems Engineer, you’ll lead the design, integration, and validation of complex systems—spanning hardware, software, and network components. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation, ensure compliance with industry standards, and deliver high-quality solutions. Your leadership will be instrumental in mentoring teams, resolving technical challenges, and aligning engineering efforts with strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities

Lead system requirements, verification, and validation for Military Environmental Control Systems (per ARP4754)

Provide strategic direction for systems engineering activities and architecture development

Oversee integration of control systems and test equipment

Troubleshoot field issues and lead resolution efforts

Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, project managers, and customers

Present complex technical information clearly to diverse audiences

Support continuous improvement and innovation across engineering functions
What We’re Looking For
You Must Have:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or a related technical field

Minimum 5 years of experience in systems engineering

Strong knowledge of system requirements and V&V processes
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). Pay Details: 65.00 to 75.00 per hour
