Position Overview
The Project Executive will oversee and manage HVAC projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality, timely delivery, and customer satisfaction. This role combines technical expertise in HVAC systems with strong project management skills to drive successful project execution and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage HVAC projects ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with design, engineering, and construction teams to deliver high-quality HVAC solutions.
- Oversee project estimating and bidding processes to secure new contracts.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues or challenges that arise during execution.
- Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders detailing project status and performance metrics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in project management within the commercial HVAC industry.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, design principles, and mechanical engineering.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions.
- Demonstrated ability to lead project teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in sales and business development for HVAC services is a plus.
