Job DescriptionAssociate Attorney Associate Attorney - Small to Mid-Sized Litigation FirmOpportunity:
$180,000 - $200,000 base, contingent on experienceAggressive bonus program

JD from an accredited law school Active CA State Bar License 1-3+ years of experience in personal injury litigation or related areas, and knowledge of standard billing practices Responsibilities:
Represent clients in professional liability, personal injury, or construction cases, providing legal advice and support throughout the litigation processDraft, review, and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requestsConduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies and prepare for trialCollaborate with senior attorneys and other team members to develop effective case strategiesManage case files and maintain accurate records of case progress and documentationAttendance at court hearings, depositions, and mediations will be requiredThe attorney will communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in the litigation - For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
