Job DescriptionA young family with a new property in Los Angeles is looking for a Hands-on, Super Organized Estate Manager with 10 plus years of experience. There are multiple homes on their property, so the right candidate will be happy to move around vs. sit behind a desk most of the day. They admire job longevity and are hoping to bring on someone that shows this with their past employers.
The main residence is a 30K+ sq ft estate. Duties will include creating a detailed household manual, managing staff, organizing and maintaining systems, keeping a strong attention to detail on all aspects of the home and strong communication with the family office. HVAC experience and if you can do little maintenance things from time to time, it’s a major plus but NOT a MUST.
This position pays in the $200's with medical, vacation, sick and holidays.
