We are seeking a Plumbing Project Manager / Assistant Project Manager. You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of plumbing projects from pre-construction to close-outs
• Allocate resources for assigned projects
• Schedule crews, suppliers, and subcontractors
• Interface with general contractors, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
• Prepare and track change orders, RFIs, Submittals
• Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in plumbing or construction management
• Strong leadership qualities
• Strong negotiation skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
