A large San Diego based company in Sorrento Valley that is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant for a 5-month contract assignment. This position offers the chance to support a dynamic team with both legal and real estate transaction functions in a fast-paced environment.
Target Pay Range: $28- $30/ hour
Part time 24 hours a week
5 month Contract
Highlights of the role:
- Provide administrative support for legal and transaction processes
- Prepare, edit, and manage documents for execution and distribution
- Coordinate calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Maintain organized filing systems for contracts and legal records
- Perform notary duties as needed
- Work onsite in Sorrento Valley with a collaborative team
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of administrative experience, preferably in legal or real estate transactions
- Active notary commission required
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat
- Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven, detail-oriented role
